LTFW's expertise covers design and development and sample making for bulk production. Our products cater to fashion-forward customers of all ages. These products range from vulcanized shoes, rainboots, indoor slippers, clogs to winter boots/slippers in leather, woolfelt, real/faux rabbit, and pony hair.
At the design and development stage, we collaborate with our customers to develop products that provide the best value to consumers. We have fully equipped facilities such as sample room, showroom, technical center, and embroidery shop to meet our customers' sophisticated demands.
Manufacturing
Our production facility operates the most advance shoemaking equipment and employs efficient manufacturing technique in its assembly lines. It has placed a premium on total quality control and monitoring of production. In order to improve the quality of our products, we have continuously applied advance technology combined with our extensive managerial experience.
To improve efficiency in fulfilling our customers' order on time and at reasonable cost, we have implemented lean manufacturing principles by reducing waste and shortening lead-time in operations.
