Luen Thai Footwear Co., Ltd. is located in Quanzhou – the second largest footwear industrial city after Wenzhou. We have multi product capabilities with 12 product categories; cold cement, vulcanized, EVA flip flops, EVA injection, rubber rain boots, espadrilles, rubber safety boots, fur boots. Mukluk, indoor slippers and two new ranges; flat sandals and dress pumps.
Established in 1988, Luen Thai Footwear Co., Ltd. has 20 years of professional experience. It has grown from a small factory with over 100 employees.
With an annual capacity of 16 million pairs of shoes, Luen Thai Footwear today operates with 10,000 people, through its own facility and trusted alliance partners. The company provides services beyond manufacturing and is now engaged in the development and sample making of fashionable products.
The company’s manufacturing facility in Quanzhou, China has a showroom showcasing materials and finished products, merchandising operations, technical center, sample room, seven advance production lines, 12 sewing teams, and complete cutting, outsole making, and other workshops and facilities. Recent additions to the facility include a new building which consists of 4 flexible assemble lines and print, wash and embroidery capabilities.
Our customer base includes prestigious brand names based in US, Europe, and Japan such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Land’s End, Skechers, J. Crew, Von Dutch, Bass, Buster Brown, Keds, Reebok, Adio, Naturalizer, Dr. Scholls, Ellesse, Speedo and Pony among others.
The company received the ISO 9001 certificate for its quality management system, and passed ISO 9001:2000 as a manufacturer or vulcanized shoes.
